How is this even remotely legal?
If I was in the legislature, I would just vote to reject it. I would also make up rules.

This is how a state loses population right here. Long term consequences to drawing maps based solely on racial makeup.

I believe that federal judge is Shelly Dick. She is an Obama appointment.

It isn't.
Louisiana drew up maps like that twice in the 1990s and the federal courts threw them out.
Racial gerrymandering is illegal and unconstitutional.

Overstepping of FEDERAL judicial branch. State level would be ok since election matters are a State matter.

Sounds like the Legislature needs to grow some balls and sue the judge in court for trying to create legislation. Let this go to SCOTUS.
