No You are wrong jeff Landry is going Louisiana supreme court to over ride her , the republicans asked for a delay, she refused, plus Sally Dick will have to submit her vote map, which surely be struck down , and yes supreme court will probably rule on this case

This case is in federal court (Dick is a US District Judge for the Middle District of Louisiana). The Louisiana Supreme Court has no jurisdiction over her. The US Fifth Circuit does, as does the SCOTUS.
The "positive" here is the SCOTUS has (so far) shot down federal court interventions in redistricting this year (but had left state level fights and state Supreme Court rulings alone).

Look at the wasting of resources on display here. These leftist knowing break rules/laws which they know will get struck down eventually meanwhile the rule/law gets accepted by the people as true thus giving them their results needed. Yes, at some point, it is reversed but the damage is already done. What is the point of rules if these people just break them all the time anyways without ANY consequences?

She’s a federal judge, the only courts that overrule her are the Fifth Circuit or the US Supreme Court. The Supremes are about to end this term, so it might be awhile before it gets sorted out. LA can probably count on Cleo Fields as a new rep.

It has been publicly admitted this is their method.

When this is overturned, they should eliminate the gerrymandering required to have 1 majority black district.

We need to hold 'mostly peaceful' protests at her home and the homes of her family and friends

Hopefully SCOTUS will stay her map for y'all.

SCOTUS isn't like to to do anything about this.
My guess is the plan for more conservative justices is to further disappear their families, then drop their rulings/opinions then disappear themselves for a while.
The Locals and feds have already said they see no problem with the lunatics protesting and have no interest in enforcing the law...odds are it will get worse... a LOT worse.

They overturned the psycho judges who tried to stop Alabama's maps.

Don’t see that happening. They’re too busy trying to dodge the release of the abortion ruling. They might sacrifice LA in order to buy some peace. La can count on Cleo Fields.

The maps have to comply with the federal Voting Rights Act. The plaintiffs think it didn't and the federal judge agree and sent it back to the legislature. Since the legislature punted, it is back to the district judge to draw the map.
However the 5th circuit appellate court will hear arguments on July 8, and there is still the US Supreme Court. Still a lot of ball to play.

The legislature called her bluff. They must be confident in the way the 5th circuit will rule.
Impeach Dick.
Impeach Dick.
