BREAKING: A federal court in Pennsylvania just ruled that voters who submit mail ballots in time for an election but forget to write the date on the mail ballot envelope will still have their ballots counted.

I am certain that Republican leadership has their gameplay on fighting this ready to go /s

So the ballots are received before the election but they’re not supposed to be counted because the person didn’t date them?

How to commit voter fraud in PA:
Forget to write the date on the envelop and keep submitting dead peoples ballots until you take a comfortable lead.
This is why results aren’t reported until polls close. So people can’t cast votes based on results.
But the Dems have found themselves a workaround.

I mean... don't the instructions say to write the date on the envelope? If you can't follow simple instructions...

Is this before or after the pipes burst?

Playing devils advocate here, but the USPS stamp has the date received by them on it. Not that they couldn’t steal a stamp or twelve to make this work.
Really should be in person paper ballots, with a very limited absentee vote allowed. Foreign service work or school, sickness, etc.

Gosh, I wonder if someone could just create a bunch of envelopes that appear to have gone through the post office, but are just fake ballots. Seems like mandating the ballot be filled out properly and fully would be the least you could do to try and prevent this fraud from taking place.

So they’re revoking FFLs because of innocent mistakes on ATF forms but votes aren't held to the same scrutiny. Got it.

Not they wouldn't just run them through with an earlier date considering the USPS has shown considerable Dem bias as of recently
& that would be much easier to do with no date written on the outside
Welcome back to Election Month instead of Election Day

So it's up to states per the Constitution. The ruling is in violation of state law. When's the appeal?

Wouldn’t someone that did all of what you stated also put the date on the ballot. What does the date prove?

You do realize they don’t date them on purpose, right? Guess why.

Why aren’t they dated. How does that help them cheat?

Hopefully GOP is had at work filling out ballots now.

How can countries with far less resources than us count tens of millions of ballots in hours and yet it takes us 3 weeks to know who won a Congressional race with only half a million votes? So why should anyone have faith in a voting system that dysfunctional? Technology has gotten infinitely better, and our vote counting has gotten infinitely worse. There's no explanation other than cheating.

Honestly I could be okay with this IF the ballots had a postage stamp before the mail in deadline, and the signatures matched. If they forgot to put a date on the ballot, that would be the least of my concerns. If they were submitted late, or had a non-matching signature, and still counted, that would be a problem.
