I am curious, can a State Attorney General prosecute a Federal District AG for abuse of powers, malicious prosecution, and wrongful detention? If the Feds target a citizen of the state and arrest the citizen in the state?
It seems this would be possible and no different if the Fed was prosecuted for DUI, theft, battery or anything else.
