I am curious about how many people they are going after, this lady in the picture is getting blasted by this random guy on FB, was she just taking pictures on the steps and nothing else?

What they did was illegal. Nothing debatable about it. We don’t get to choose when we get outraged. Do we like riots or not? Or do we only hate them when democrats do it? Because as long as we’re being hypocritical in our outrage, the problem isn’t going to be resolved.
I’m a Patriot and real patriots would never riot and damn sure would never illegally enter the fricking US Capitol building when every member of congress AND the Vice President is present. There’s a time and place for everything and that applies to protests.
These people made the decision to do what they did. If they get arrested and charged/convicted of the laws they broke, then so be it.

Pretty much. They chose poorly.
ETA - I am a major proponent of fair play, and if they were let in by the Capitol police, then there should not be any charges. Given the circumstances, simply being photographed on site is not definitive guilt. However, if there is proof that they were on site prior to the dubious decision by LEO, then they chose poorly.
