I think the same of people who don't care how badly the DOJ and intel agencies abuse their power as long as they're going after the other tribe.

It's amazing there are so many mindless drones in our highest branches of government, that just do the bidding of whoever pays and tells them to.

Just a bunch of frick boys.

Hoover was half a century ago. You claim you've known it "for decades," as if it's been that way ever since. Show me a GOP president using the FBI like this. You can't. They've sporadically screwed the pooch with Waco and Weaver, but they haven't been used like they're being used now. They went after an opposition president, for frick's sake, now they're going after Joe Voter. Show your work.

Repeatedly, Mark would tell this pro-abortion man that he did not have permission to speak to his son and please refrain from doing so. And “he kept doing it and kind of came into [the son’s] personal space” obscenely ridiculing his father. At this point, “Mark shoved him away from his child, and the guy fell back.” “He didn’t have any injuries or anything, but he tried to sue Mark,” and the case was thrown out of court in the early summer.

Why is the FBI wasting resources on a case of a man pushing another man? I mean wtf. That’s a local police jurisdiction

FBI needs to be abolished

Even if it was, local assault cases are not FBI jurisdiction

Yes, and some people have known about it "for decades". It never makes the news, I guess, but it supposedly happens. Remember when those black panthers trying to intimidate voters had 25 FBI agents raid their house?

Yeah, me neither.

Because they're sending a message. Equal protection under the law is dead and they're not afraid to brag about it.

I suspect this is the way the Gestapo got its start.

Why is the DOJ considering a volunteer escorting people to their cars to be a healthcare provider?

Yeah, I suppose it is possible (perhaps likely) that Strannix WOULD treat a child that way
We weren't talking aobut him, but it was a nice deflection attempt.

You're making it every bit as personal as he is. Maybe you deserve a permaban as well.

they are not. That is not even the appropriate question under the relevant statute. Let’s have a look. The statute provides in relevant part as follows:
quote:

Whoever by force … intentionally injures … any person because that person is … providing reproductive health services … shall be subject to the penalties (of the Act)
The boldface language is defined in relevant part to include the follows:
quote:

reproductive health services provided in a … clinic …, including services relating to … the termination of a pregnancy.
Providing access TO the clinic is clearly a service “relating to” the services provided BY the clinic.

Could they be treating pushing the old man as assault and classifying as a hate crime? If so there is no way this does anything more than traumatize his kids. I don’t know if assaulting a senior is a hate crime.

because Congress chose to make it a federal crime to do that sort of thing in order to impede access to abortion clinic.

Nope. It is a federal law.

I am subjected to dozens of far-more-disgusting personal attacks per day. Apparently, the staff consider that sort of thing to be perfectly acceptable. Otherwise, half the MAGA posters would be on time-out at any given point in time, since most do little OTHER than engage in personal attacks on those holding different political views.

Attacks on children (one would hope) are treated differently.

You mean like how they enforce immigration law? Or the CRA when white peepo are discriminated against? Those laws? Or maybe how the Fed's have used domestict terrorism laws against BLM for organizing an entire summer of riots and billions in property damage. Those laws?
