I’m not sure exactly how to do it, but i agree with your premise. The overhaul (and probable downsizing) that agency needs is drastic.

But TBoy said these guys were just justifiably curious due to all of his sketchy foreign contacts — all of whom turned out to be Western intelligence assets looking to set him up.

I don't believe the "rank and file" are innocent line anymore.
Again, if I ever sit on a jury trial for a federal case the FBI/DOJ will have to prove their case way beyond a reasonable doubt. We know how they act now. They cheat, manipulate, lie and manufacture evidence. The FBI cannot be trusted.

Mueller and his dem team were lying POS filth. They told Cohen what to say and it backfired. They tried to get many to sing. It backfired. They dragged a closed 2014 Manafort case from mothballs to get him to compose. It was all a set-up. Honest Bob and the dem lawyers are complete POS trying to cover up the scheme of the insurance policy.
