With respect to Top Secret clearance, it is only a basic level screening necessary for certain jobs. Within the DoD and Department of State you have to have personal clearance to have access to certain programs, ops & docs.

You clearly do not have any experience with TS ops. Someone can have a TS clearance but that doesn’t mean they have the necessary clearance to view certain programs ops and docs.

I can promise you based on the low level of the FBI that executed this search and based on the low level judge that authorized it, it was not high enough to handle matters of National Security.

The FBI is not involved in most cases with the highest levels of National Security. That would be other 3 letter agencies.

FFS this is overly general and not particularly accurate. I'm certain some FBI agents have TS/SCI clearance because they give them out like candy.

"Need to know" is the justification to be read on. If they were not "read on" for these particular documents (if they were, indeed, classified at the TS/SCI level), then someone is still liable for mishandling classified documents. The exact crime for which they're trying nail Trump.

And if they were "read on", prior to the raid, they knew exactly what it was.

You want to know how I know you are FOS?

1) If you had a high level TS clearance for TS ops you would have signed a NDA and you wouldn’t talk about your job.

2) Just because you have a TS clearance for contracts doesn’t mean you know shite about National Security, the DoD or Dept of State.

3) it sure as hell doesn’t mean you know jack shite about POTUS security clearances.


Now, as POTUS DJT was not required to notify anyone who executed this search of his declassification or classification acts. For anyone who knows shite about this there is a 5 year period of transition that the POTUS is afforded to turn over requested documents. Just as an example we are still waiting of Barry to convert many thousands of docs to electronic format and turn them over.
