Trump made a lot of personnel mistakes in his administration. This was mostly due to the fact that he didn't realize how much the swamp has infected and infiltrated all levels of government.
But, the biggest mistake he made was not getting rid of this politicized piece of pure f*cking IGNORANT FILTH the first day of the pandemic when it became abundantly clear that he was a DNC shill.
