I’m late to this thread

But do ya’ll remember Baton Rouge or lakefront airport

Dad was on a pay phone
The guy that was molesting his son was handcuffed walking with police

Jumped out and shot that motherfuker dead

He was ruled innocent

He should plead temporary insanity. Having your daughter molested is enough to make a father go insane.

I saw this live on TV at our camp and used to play softball with the escorting deputy.

A lot of folks think that and I can understand why it would appear that way but it was not shown live, it aired some time after the shooting.

He got out after serving 6 years. Most likely would’ve done it again.

Article I read said it was the early release that triggered him into action. And they released the guy in close proximity to his family

Hopefully jury isn’t filled with woke perverts

If dude was proven guilty of molesting another man’s kid that kids father should have every right to kill the guy if justice isn’t served like in this case.

There’s ways he could have erased this individual without being caught and most likely no one would have been wondering where the molester went

I've always thought that should anything like this happen to someone I care about, when the family gets to address the defendant on the witness stand I would start reading off addresses of all his family members and imply that they should off themselves to prevent anything from happening to them.

But with all of the crimes you can be charged with for doing that, much less if something actually happens to them, you might as well just shoot the guy at that point.

According to a significant portion of the population, whose will the government is supposed to carry out, that isn't paying back his debt to society. In fact, it may not even be possible for him to.

Don't care

He shouldn't have been. We should just start shooting people on the courthouse steps, tbh. With modern technology there should be a threshhold of evidence that the jury can vote on that basically puts you on the "express lane" to lethal injection. No appeal necessary if we have DNA, video, multiple witnesses, etc etc. The threshold should be very high for that.

Good.

in 2012 a drunk driver that blew a .208 ran a stoplight and into a Lexington SC family on their way to church on Sunday morning killing their 6 year old daughter and severely injuring other members of the family. He was sentenced to 10 years and did 6.
It is absolutely sickening the injustice in our “justice” system. Not only is a life not worth a life, but a life is only worth a few years of a life.

The victim's family wasn't even notified of the release. The family happened upon the news from a sex offender locator site.

Seven years of a twelve year sentence. The girl carries it for the rest of her life.

Same here but its likely any attacker in my case wouldn't survive messing with my adult kid. She is super deadly with a glock or any firearm and highly trained. And she can kill with her hands. But yes, if there was anything left of the ahole i'd do the same.

Yep. Apparently this child molester only served 6-7 years of his 12 year sentence and was released back just minutes from where they lived. This is a perversion of our justice system.

The county voted for Trump all three elections at around a 63% clip. Hopefully he can get a good jury.
