FWIW, I've not seen anything indicating HCQ is effective in late-stage CV19 even if they provided it.
Have they tried
• Convalescent sera?
• Remdesivir?
• Dexamethasone?
• Multipositional (lateral and prone) ventilation?

Honestly, all indications are the HCQ+Zinc+Azithromycin combo needs to be given early to have an impact. That idea that it wasn't considered then is disturbing.
Is he getting dexamethasone and NAC?
