Not sure if this lady has been discussed on here, but this Heather MacDonald lady was on Glenn Becks show today, and has a book out called "When Race trumps Merit." She is sharp and definitely needs to be a part of any kind of group that works on how to fight the kind of hiring you described. Her and Vivak, and others like VDH would be needed as a brain storming type of think tank to fight ESG garbage.

I really hate saying this about anyone, but man its hard not to rooting for karma to strike this black girl from what she did to the white girl.
Kind of like some assistant mayor somewhere that pushed for the local Lee statue to be removed, and then ended up going to jail for a few years on some kind of corruption charges.
