These are faux criteria. If they killed someone, charge them with murder. If they destroyed property, charge them for the repairs. Why can private property be trespassed on by illegal aliens and their 'sacred' government offices not?
Are people given 17-year sentences for entering private property illegally? Are private citizens lives less then "official duties?"

Biggs got notoriety when he called out upper level military brass and intelligence agencies for the suspicious death of his friend, journalist Michael Hastings, who happened to take down General McCrystal following his war coverage. They have probably been looking for any possible excuse to kill him or lock him up. He is a political prisoner.
