quote:

"I don't want a civil war.

I don't know anyone who does.

But would it be worth it to turn this nation back?

I believe it would," said Andrew Wommack.

quote:

A study conducted by scholars from the University of Chicago revealed that a significant portion of the American population believes that resorting to "the use of force" is justifiable to keep Trump out of jail and put him back in the White House.
quote:

"Mr. Wommack also emphasized that our Constitution is not in need of changing.
Indeed, it is vital that we adhere to its principles."

It shouldn’t be controversial to say that a nation who fought for its independence from a tyrannical government should do the same thing if its government was indeed tyrannical.

Another fugazi.

The headline makes it sound like the preacher said that people on the right should start a civil war to get Trump re-elected.

But he actually said this: "I've actually had people say that if Trump was to be elected [and] if we got a conservative Congress, that they feel we would have a civil war," said Wommack last week during an episode of his Truth and Liberty show. "I don't want a civil war. I don't know anyone who does. But would it be worth it to turn this nation back? I believe it would."

In other words, he wasn't calling for the right to start a civil war to elect the candidate they want elected, the hypothetical was actually that the left would start a civil war to refuse to let duly elected officials take office. And fighting that insurrection is what he said would be worth it. Which—of course—it would be.

I know posting clickbait is tempting, but damn.

He’s right.

We don’t like it but most reasonable people will agree IMO. Tyranny is real.

Ask the mayor of Chicago.

Look at it through the eyes of the 57 men who signed their own death warrant on the Declaration of Independance.

You can draw your own conclusion as to what they would do.
Our country was founded over less tyranny that what we live under today.

There are many reasons i want a civil war. Being off work for a couple weeks would be one of them.

We’ve got states unilaterally banning Trump from the ballot, rogue prosecutors going after Trump, a weaponized DOJ targeting Trump, but we’re supposed to be afraid of Trump-supporting evangelicals causing a civil war?

100% this.

quote:

"I don't want a civil war.

I don't know anyone who does.

But would it be worth it to turn this nation back?

I believe it would," said Andrew Wommack.

Well this is just good common sense.

It is time for churches to start paying taxes. They have gotten way too political.

It's honestly strange that the article fully quoted him, considering the author is trying so hard to misrepresnt him.

The actual quote is far different from the tone of the article.

quote:
