And I want our leaders who are fricking Chinese spies to be executed for treason.
We can't always get what we want, can we?

Great. Banks can check IDs (although I've never had my ID checked when I bank online with Chase Bank).
So again, we should be able to vote using our cell phones as well.
Why not make voting as easy as banking?

That is a pretty ignorant statement

this is the dumbest idea ever. yes, let’s let NY, LA and chicago run all politics for the country because of the sheer numbers in a popular vote.

Nope, you must’ve misunderstood the post.

What exactly is ignorant about it?
Millions of people make deposits, withdrawals, and transfer funds via their cell phone every day with no problem.
If there was a security risk, the banks would not do it.
Again, if it is secure enough for banking, why isn't it secure enough for voting?

This has entirely too many risks.
To encourage a more representative democracy, we should implement universal mail-in with drop boxes, automatic registration, and same-day voting.

Let's start with the simplest
How many cell phones do you think a person or family have???
Can you absolutely guarantee that mom isn't voting on all the different family phone on one plan?

Are banks able to keep secure accounts, even if there are multiple accounts from the same family?
For example, my children cannot withdraw money from my account. They can't see the account balance or anything, even though we all bank at Chase.
If Chase can do that, seems like voting could be done as well.

There will probably be a huge push for this by Dems in the coming years. Polling data from women under 30 have shown real high percentages for Mamdani, and also the “Is it time for socialism?”, and “Are you embarrassed to be an American” polls. The progressive left will seize upon this.

Make voting like calling a 1-900 number so you have to pay in order to vote.
That way only taxpayers vote.

Every U.S. citizen has the right to vote. But only to vote once. So get your arse off of the sofa and stand in line as if it means something.
P.S. We're a democratic republic and you shouldn't be in office if you don't know the difference.
