They tore that house the frick up. We had to replace tubs and sinks and shite that should never need replacing. This was the supposed cream of the renting crop.
I can not imagine what 3rd worlders would do to and steal from those properties. I hope every one of them gets much worse lodgers/ renters than we had and ends up in the red.
