I do, but how often does this happen?
Think back to 2008 and how many Wall Street guys went to prison for draining your pension money?

It hasn't happened since Watergate for a reason.

The irony of this and the group who use the word seals
I have yet to see someone on this board approve of something just because Massie did it. For instance, I am critical of Massie's impeachment motion as a political stunt. I also agree that he should have named names earlier than he did.
When one of the seals gets a basic fact wrong, y'all clap along despite the ignorance because you think it makes Massie look bad. Seal behavior.

If grandstanding were a sport Thomas Massie would be bigger deal than Michael Jordan.

It is indeed an answer. It's just an answer you didn't want to hear. Keep reading the thread because I made a lengthier post explaining what is happening here. And don't give me this stupid shite anyways. Miss me with it. I was on this like a dog on a bone back when the rest of you retards were screaming it was all a conspiracy theory.

You realize there’s no evidence of any pedo ring? The girls were basically all eastern euro whores who were 18-20. The only underage girls seem to be Jeffrey exclusive
there is zero evidence of a pedo ring but they can't release the rest of the docs because quote "they are full of child porn"

There is a massive tranche of documents being withheld dating from the time around 9-11-2001. Hundreds of thousands.

Not to mention grand jury documents in states like NY that have never been given to the DOJ across many administrations. I’d also like to see who all settled since settlements occurred.
Posted on 9/16/26 at 3:14 pm to DeBoar
I used to have a graphic that showed the number of documents with their corresponding dates. I can't find it anymore. It might actually be in the millions of documents that are being withheld from the timeframe before, during, and shortly after 9-11.
There are indeed a lot of documents being withheld. And I have a strong suspicion they are being withheld for good reason.
Remember Trump saying the other day he is considering declassifying more 9-11 documents? Would be epic if he killed two birds with one stone.

All this does is punt it to local law enforcement and FBI. So that’s yet another hurdle we the people must achieve.

Not sure what the reason is besides Game Theory is thwarted by Public Choice Theory when it come to the Richest Class in Merica.

I think Epstein is the keystone to everything. The guy had his fingers in absolutely everything. There is a lot they aren't going to release until they are ready to bring it all down. And it's really just as simple as that. The effort to try and force the DoJ's hand here is a calculated gamble of the deep state. They want to try and force them to either compromise their investigations or be snowed under by public pressure to do so under the guise that the administration is "protecting pedos."
The truth of the matter is that none of this would be happening if it weren't for Trump and anyone looking at it objectively knows this. He was talking about the upcoming problems with Epstein on the frickin campaign trail back in 2015. Long before this was on anyone's radar. HE INITIATED ALL OF IT.
This is further evidenced by the fact that when Trump stepped away during the Biden years none of these pieces of shite said a word about any of this even though it was all there at their fingertips for the taking.

He already got a bill passed. This is nothing but virtue signaling. Just like his impeachment petition. He is in his death throes.
His next stop is a seat at the CNN desk. Bank it. He is a grifter.

What exactly does Meghan's new and exciting legislation do his first exciting legislation didn't do?
Probably stupid to respond to you with facts, but as mentioned before, it mainly provides enforcement mechanisms and gives alleged victims access to their files.
Not even Massie could anticipate that Trump's DOJ would not fully comply with the law that Trump endorsed and signed.
Here's the ChatGPT summary:
########
Massie’s second bill, H.R. 9694, the “Epstein Files Transparency Act II,” is substantially different from the original transparency law. It is primarily an enforcement mechanism for the first law rather than simply another mandate to release files.
The bill was introduced July 15, 2026, by Thomas Massie, Ro Khanna and Teresa Leger Fernández, with Senate legislation led by Jeff Merkley and Ben Ray Luján.
The major features:
-Creates a private right of action
State attorneys general, state prosecutors/authorized officials, members of Congress, and Epstein victims could sue the U.S. Attorney General if DOJ unlawfully withholds, redacts, delays, conceals, removes, or fails to publish records required by the original Epstein Files Transparency Act.
-Gives Epstein victims access to their own records
Victims would have a right to obtain full, unredacted records concerning themselves or the harm they suffered, including relevant FBI FD-302 interview reports.
-Gives state prosecutors access to federal files
DOJ would have to provide state and local prosecutors with unredacted Epstein-related records needed for investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings. Importantly, the bill also addresses access to classified material through secure procedures.
-Uses existing criminal penalties to enforce compliance
DOJ/FBI officials who knowingly conceal, destroy, falsify, withhold or misrepresent records could be subject to the existing federal criminal penalties referenced in the bill. The relevant statutes include 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001, 1505, 1519 and 2071.
-Closes the “privilege” escape route
It specifically says DOJ cannot invoke common-law privileges—including deliberative-process privilege—to evade the disclosure requirements of the original EFTA.
-The interesting part: New Mexico and Zorro Ranch
This appears to be one of Massie's particular objectives.
Massie has specifically said that the bill would give New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez tools to pursue potential crimes associated with Epstein's Zorro Ranch, because Massie says DOJ has not been cooperating with the state investigation.
So Massie's stated theory is essentially:
EFTA I ? DOJ has a legal obligation to release the records ? DOJ allegedly isn't fully complying ? EFTA II gives victims, Congress and state authorities a way to go to court and force compliance.
And that's why the second bill is potentially more consequential for actual enforcement than simply passing another disclosure resolution.
One other important point: EFTA II does not itself simply order DOJ to publish a new list of names. Massie has explicitly said, “We don’t need to release any more names; we need the names that have been released to be prosecuted.”

This is pure bullshite. He had access to the files and he knows damn well that there is stuff in there they cannot release yet because there are pending investigations.
