Ai boi you go.

Why didn't the greatest legislator in the history of Congress enact this in the super duper first Epstein transparency act?

This is pure bullshite. He had access to the files and he knows damn well that there is stuff in there they cannot release yet because there are pending investigations.

Is the DOJ claiming that?

I have seen them claim that the 3 million files that haven't been released are "duplicative." That's not an exception to Massie's law.

If you're interested, Google Katie Phang's lawsuit.

Yes, before leaving her position Pam Bondi confirmed during her testimony before Congress that there are still active investigations ongoing pertaining to Epstein related matters. You, being a lawyer, know full well that any materials relating to any of those investigations will not be made public. Nor should they. Massie knows this as well.

Yup, I was wrong to respond to you with facts.

I showed you the courtesy of actually responding to you with details. Rather than dispute the facts...or even thanking me for taking the time to give you the details you requested...you respond with an insult.

As I said before, I don't think Massie anticipated that the Department of Justice would ignore the law. Epstein Files 2.0 cures that with enforcement provisions.

I saw that and thought she was lying. Her DOJ in July of 2025 said clearly that there was nothing left to investigate:

"This systematic review revealed no incriminating “client list.” There was also no credible evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions. We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties."

You're right. "AI boi" is more of a deflection than an insult.

Anyone who is not putting Bill Clinton to the front of the line is not serious.

You're not claiming that DOJ is saying that all 3 million withheld files relate to ongoing investigations are you?

You shouldn't respond to people about not relaying facts to them when this is how you respond to people presenting you with facts yourself.

It's absolutely a fact that Bondi said that. It's just not proof that it's true that there were ongoing investigations. Bondi has little credibility about the Epstein Files. Do you really need a list of her lies?

The things I have said in this thread make perfect sense of everything we have seen from the administration on this matter. You asked me a question about the files. I didn't answer it because I have already spoken to it in this very thread. I am not interested in repeating myself.

The things I have said here make sense of it. Nothing else does.

Masshole cant grandstand on that.

Masshole did not read Reid Hoffmans name when he recently read off names we all knew and were public...Maybe someone can look up why not...
