More like Mission is over, didn't workout so well. Downtrodden Iranians didn't surge into the streets and establish a republic like we hoped they would. now the Iranian government will just wait this out and let Gavin or whoever rebuild.
This may have been almost as terrible idea as regime change in some other countries.

If we obliterated their nuclear capabilities in June 2025 then why did we attack again?

This was about getting a better deal, a greater newer deal. You should read the art of the deal to understand more about deals.
