EO, determine the number of genders, and force all business to have 1 for each

I'm tired of all of this bathroom sh*t. Just as, at one point, according to Bill and Hillary. The definition of marriage is between a man and a woman. Let's establish the number of genders, and force all business to have a bathroom for each. Then, shut the frick up. You're not being discriminated against. But what? You're not happy because you can't whine anymore. FY.

What would you do about businesses that have a single restroom with just a toilet? Or 2 restrooms with a sign that just says restroom on the door and anyone can use either one?
Hopefully you would exempt small businesses from your EO, but that could be tricky to word. Plenty of hotel lobbies have a single restroom.

I agree with the 2 bathrooms, however I do appreciate a "family" bathroom with just one toilet, 1 sink, a changing table, and a bunch of space. If you've ever had a kid in a stroller make a God awful mess of themselves in a public place, you would be appreciative for that too. Seeing those in airports, malls, amusement parks can really be a lifesaver sometimes.

The word "gender" has been synonymous with "anatomical sex" since the English language adopted it from French and Latin.
