How fricked up do you have to be to shoot at the guys trying to restore power? After Katrina, it was like the greatest thing ever seeing power trucks come down to our area. We brought them cold drinks and sandwiches.

Pretty sure even Somalia doesn’t shoot at people repairing infrastructure like power and phones.
