This is something I am with Rand on.
Some retard republican is trying to make hemp with any traces of thc illegal and trying to sneak it into this CR.
Currently it can't have more than 0.3% THC. Which is nothing.
If states want to regulate this at the state level, go for it. But it should not be illegal federally.
