I'm pretty sure the black dude thought the white guy wouldn't fight back since he was an employee (which was pretty much true) as brutha's aren't usually game for a fair fight.
Why he didn't wreck that guy is beyond me. Black guy was still throwing from his back. He should've gone full ground-and-pound....and he dam sure had every right to do so.
