TDS is real, and is definitely something that I don't have. I agree with about 99% of things that have been done since he's taken office, but this thing has been handled stupidly. I doubt that anyone is seriously bothered by reporting what they do through their chain of command.
The issue is that the way this has been handled at least from a DoD perspective is subversive of a Chain of Command and is inconsistent with “Good Order and Discipline”. Unless we are suggesting that base, echelon, commands are to be stripped of command oversight and everyone report directly to the President on all matters.

Just so ypu know, the endgame was to make it so simple, everyone could do it. They suspect many fake employees getting checks. If they don't answer the email, who's stealing the money?
