The DOJ did not provide the defendant with the OP video. The DOJ did not provide the defendant with video of Capitol Police giving him a tour of the premises and letting him into the Senate Chamber.
IMO, members of the prosecution who were aware of the exculpatory material and kept it from the defense, should be severely reprimanded and, depending on details, have their license to practice law suspended.

It does matter. Was that video an initial scouting report? When did the criminal activity occur… or allegedly occur for those of you who need more than a guilty plea.
We need all the video to be put together in sequence with time stamps to get a true picture. To my knowledge, no politician or media outlet has done that. Both sides of this issue still show selectively edited pieces that support a preferred narrative.
