What I guess I’m getting at is that the Democrats (under Democrat President Biden) could have been in possession of the final investigation results (i.e. “the list”), while Trump and the Republicans were not. Thus, a bit of a one-sided MAD scenario, eh? Doesn’t seem to work out properly.

If the Dems had it, and Bill Gates, George Soros, Joe Biden and Trump were all on it, I would expect them to suppress it. That’s what I meant by MAD.

No, Jimmy, it doesn’t work that way. Once people start being deposed, the cat is out the bag. This has been suppressed due to mutual agreement across the aisle.
ETA: I’m not saying Trump is on it or not, but he ran in that crowd, so he probably is. But that doesn’t mean he committed crimes. Epstein had infiltrated the charity circuits in NYC and Washington, circuits of which Trump was part of..
