Maybe so, but he did camp out on the back and neck of a handcuffed suspect. Clear abuse in my mind. Surely if I did that to someone and they died Chauvin would be quick to arrest me.

The police manual taught him to do that procedure. The judge said that his training in that technique was not to be used in the case. I was flabbergasted.

There is no question Chauvin was railroaded. It was a travesty of justice.
