Maybe so, but he did camp out on the back and neck of a handcuffed suspect. Clear abuse in my mind. Surely if I did that to someone and they died Chauvin would be quick to arrest me.

The police manual taught him to do that procedure. The judge said that his training in that technique was not to be used in the case. I was flabbergasted.

There is no question Chauvin was railroaded. It was a travesty of justice.

They didn't like the original coroners report, so they bring in another coroner to get a report that would support the lynching of Chauvin they so desired. They are nothing but a bunch of racist F's.

You aren't ever going to convince people like nova that they are wrong. Either stirring the pot, or this is about race for him....but either way these types won't accept the truth...they are victims. Yes, the dude was lower than pond scum, and he died because he overdosed from trying to get rid of drugs when the cops came. That is a 100% fact that has been proven by autopsy. His death was a plus to this country, and the leftist nut jobs made him out to be a hero. If you can't look at that for what it is, you are too far gone, as are most leftist.

who do you think is going to speak out? They are in Minn. There is no fair law there. If you aren't radical left, you are screwed. They know this. Chauvin has been in jail for 6 years now, over a murder he didn't commit. They know this, the people in power know this, and the entire country knows this. They don't care what they have to do to remain in power, and it would implicate them criminally as well if reopened. Somehow, and don't know if there is a way, but this needs to be looked at outside of Minn. Imagine if this was you in jail for something you didn't do, and you can easily prove it, but they won't even look at it.
