That would be. I don't think it's automatic that the Trump admin would step in to stop it.

What's telling is how you are afraid of having a discuss over scenarios. You are either incapable of doing so or afraid to do so, knowing you can't have it on paper.

No, but until NYState changes its laws he’s just pissing in the wind. We’ll see how far this moron will go before getting a room at Rikers.

I may be exaggerating for now. But at some point actively calling for the effective overthrow of our legal system has to be treasonous.

Beware of NY and The East Coast.

You are already aware of the mob entry into sports. I had two friends that were members of the mob in NYC and NJ. Both had said “Anyone bothers you, give me a call.”

Other friends followed with “You never want to make that call.”

Mamdani is surrounded by Italians and Jews. As long as the ragheads stay out of the Italian turfs, no problem, venture over the boundaries……

That is commonplace in the NE on the Ohio/PA border. The birthplace of the mob is Hillsville, PA. LVille Ohio, YTown. My former Director married to a known Italian family... would axe me if so and so is bothering me-one phone call.

She called me into her office once and asked how it was that my background clearance went through in 5 minutes and all others took up to 3 weeks. I am glad a had a good explanation

I was calling out logical fallacies on this board prior to law school.

So he's saying New York City is seceding from the United States and the Laws of the Land are moot?

How is this guy not laughed at by competent interviewers?

I honestly can’t wait till this show starts. It’s going to be epic. We are going to have to eventually lease billboards in NY trolling these idiots.

The record of history is pretty clear on how this rhetoric escalates. You'll be saying that as they send you off to the glue factory, Boxer.

That could have been the blueprint for winning a school election on a 1983 episode of Diff'rent Strokes.

Domestically? Yes. That's not applicable to this scenario, though. I do not believe we're subject to that particular treaty, however. Which means that their typical extradition rules would not be mandated upon the US.

As a lawyer you should know that no extradition can take place without a court hearing. So which court do you think would hold this hearing? New York municipal, New York State or Federal Court?

What officers would arrest him? Very few state or local police carry federal credentials.

What you are entertaining is a kidnapping. I would still love to hear how you would think the NYPD could transport him out of the country.

Backing a state that wouldn’t honor a domestic arrest warrant, but will tout arresting a foreign leader on some ceremonial warrant issued by a powerless group seems low brow.

If this is all some contrarian schtick, then well played sir. You get people riled up.

What type of law do you practice? I know it’s not criminal from your posting unless that’s just part of the schtick.
