What the ad by Jordan doesn't show is that she also has misrepresented this seat in all of her campaigning as a criminal seat. It's a split docket and the civil side is problematic for her bc Jordan beats her there. So she has run this entire time to be "criminal judge".

Her moral compass has been on display in this campaign. We cannot have someone so willing to lie and mislead on the bench in this town.

I saw a FB ad for Meyers the other day, it was nothing but former LSU athletes/coaches supporting her. Maybe I just pay too much attention to politics, but I found the ad almost insulting.

There was nothing about her achievements nor beliefs, just the pictures and names of people, what they did in athletics and a quote of them supporting her. It was the most rudimentary of appeals to the most shallow of voters. Sadly, I think there are more than a few who are impressed by that sort of tripe.

What’s funny about that ad is that it makes it look like she has all of LSU supporting her. FYI, most if not all of those people are connected to her through her U-High affiliation. She’s continued her dishonest misleading campaign, but hey she brought a dog into the courtroom.

I got a sneaky feeling this one is going to be real, real close.

To be fair, smearing someone's name occurs when the person isn't running an election for public office or when the statements are false or irrelevant to the job.

In this case, the person is running for public office. These posts have been online and on social media for weeks and I have not seen one person say they are false. And they are relevant to her job.
