History has shown us that brutal violence is only ever quelled or turned away by equal or even more excessive brutal violence. Even as recent as the old west, when towns men and women had reached their limits of outlaws and their violence they formed lynch mobs and exacted justice immediately on the perpetrator. The law almost always sided with the mob, the mobs never exacted justice on individuals that were not guilty of their crimes.

When animals do not fear any reciprocations for their actions they are emboldened to continue escalating their violent behavior.

We have become a weak society disguised as refined and enlightened.

Sounds like another murderous Bernie Bro. Any word on what position he may have held in Overgruppenfuhrer Sanders' campaign?

Put him in a cage with Sean Strickland or Jorge Masvidal for 10 minutes.

I hate to say it, but as I have mentioned before, violence solves everything.

When you have VP's like Kamala saying that protesters should not stop protesting and encouraging by calling this a "Movement"....

Couldn't find anything but second hand information so take it with a grain of salt of course

NY Post

quote:

A family friend told the Post that Thomas suffered “severe PTSD” from his time in the armed forces and that he was a Republican who supported President Donald Trump.

Voting records in New York showed he was as registered Republican, but more recent records from 2023 in San Diego showed he registered as Democrat. The family friend said he believed Thomas to be a Trump supporter who “liked” the Trump House.

Breanna revealed that she and Thomas previously met the “Trump House” couple, walking by their home with their dogs and even exchanging pleasantries with the owners.

None of that makes it first degree, you idiot.

This board never disappoints in terms of the number of people on it who are too stupid to realize that they are stupid.

Right.

Intending to beat his arse.

Not kill him.

Even if he did intend to kill him (which makes no sense in context), how would you be able to prove it?

Without intent to kill, you don't get 1st degree. You could charge felony murder, but assault doesn't seem to be one of the applicable charges that FM can be applied to in California (which is kind of bizarre).

First-degree murder in California is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought that is willful, deliberate, and premeditated.

Premeditated Murder: The defendant intended to kill, carefully weighed the considerations for and against their choice, and made the decision to kill before committing the act. Premeditation and deliberation can occur in a very short amount of time—even just minutes.
When he continued to stomp a defenseless 69 year old’s head in, he was trying to kill him.

I’d say they could have a strong case.

I'm not doubting the element of premeditation. I'm doubting the element of intent to kill.

However, upon further investigation it does seem as though California accepts implied malice, so you could be right.

Medically speaking, when you kick someone until their skull is crushed and you can see their brains, you might say one has intent to kill.

Is that what you’re hearing on blue sky?

The old man verbally assaulted the poor 30 year old victim everyday for years probably, leading to severe emotional trauma that culminated in self defense

If I call you a retarded fagot enough will you try to attack me? That’s my dream, at least
