Not every post or thought needs to be a full policy laid out in front of you. He had a point to make.

Apparently the ALPHA Male is alive and well.

BTW France has incredible strict firearms laws.....did that stop the ISIS type filth living in Brussels from obtaining semi-automatic assault rifles?

Did the laws against cold blooded murder stop the scumbag in Nice?

Well the point was poorly delivered but trending toward the right idea. Wish he would have at least put it through a spell check.

What's his proposed solution?

Hate to say it, but there really is no "solution" to all of this unless you want to strip people of their intrinsic right to defend themselves.

Universal Background checks.......

Federal Gun Registry .......

Banning Assault style weapons - you cannot be serious, the AR-15 is not an assault weapon, it's bullets are no more high velocity than most hunting rifles

Firearm confiscation .....from my cold dead hands

Oh you want more out there for mental health
So you want your psychologist/psychiatrist ratting you out to the government

Curious if NZ has same type of gun laws as Australia.

The interview he gives to the French reporter about guns when they return to France for the concert is very compelling.

Never really checked. My cousins in Christchurch all own shot guns and hunting rifles. The rest of the family all live in the middle of Auckland and are city people. A lot of people on the South Island own hunting rifles mostly to hunt deer which is plentiful. No one gives you any grief about having rifles....it's also one of the more peaceful societies I've ever been to

I care as much about this guy's opinion on gun control as I do an NFL player's opinion on the National Anthem.

Stay in your lane.

Liberals really have problems with basic logic.

That's a very poor comparison. As it pertains to this topic, his defining characteristic isn't as a performer...it's as a mass killing survivor.

It would have been better to compare him to the group of students that have been spouting off. Of course, that wouldn't work either, given his actual comments, but it at least would have been a logical comparison.

How about stop drugging young boys into compliance and telling them they are the source of all evil to start with?

It wasn't a comparison of the issues.

I'm on his side, mostly, but I don't find him to be a suitable representative.
