NSA has everything. Hated to see Tulsi have to abandon her position, but I hope she did some digging around on her own and passed it to Trump.

Good. That entire case was a hoax and a fraud.

Pick any case against President Trump and that could be said.

Nah I asked you a general question and you dodged the point by “framing” it your way.

You could’ve just been genuine for once and said yes, it would be concerning.

I assume you don’t charge a retainer fee?

Not at all. I answered it directly

You could’ve just been genuine for once and said yes, it would be concerning.

But most clients who aren't directly funding their litigation would not be concerned.

I assume you don’t charge a retainer fee?

For a contingency case? No.

That’s what the media repeated in harmony about Trump anytime they brought up her bullshite accusations.

I didn't say “if you were her attorney”.

I asked a general question about potentially doing work for free and you answered it in a way as if you assumed I was talking about suing for damages.

My response didn't require me to be her attorney.

Nope. That is NOT what you asked.

This is what you asked:

quote:

Would you find it discerning if your clients didn’t think for one second how they would pay you for your services?

That happens ALL the time with contingency contracts. I responded with a specific example of a contingency scenario.

and you answered it in a way as if you assumed I was talking about suing for damages.

What is EJC doing? Why are you trying to dismiss literally the most relevant comparable situation?

This is a pretty fricking general question for someone who doesn’t know what an attorney’s specialty is.

Carroll is a very disturbed woman. In many ways, I feel badly for her and hope she seeks help. It’s despicable that Democrats indulged in this mentally ill woman’s delusions.
