Deutsche Bank announced Sunday that it will pull out of its global equities sales and trading business as part of a sweeping restructuring plan to improve profitability. The bank will also slash 18,000 jobs for a global headcount of around 74,000 employees by 2022. The bank aims to reduce costs by 6 billion euros. Deutsche expects its restructuring plan to cost 7.4 billion euros by the end of 2022. The German bank also expects to report a net loss of 2.8 billion euros in the second quarter of 2019. It will release its second quarter results on July 25.

I don’t see how a bank loses money. They literally generate it out of thin air.

This only happens because they’re either too greedy or too woke (or both).

Considered by some to be one of the most corrupt major banks in the world.

They have huge derivatives positions that they have been unwinding for several years now.

Trump has nothing to do with this bank's problems BUT Trump did do business with them from time to time.

Freddie and Fannie sold trillions of dollars of rmbs to Duetsche Bank over the last twenty years so just about anyone who has purchased a home with a loan has done business with them.

They have also gotten their assets handed to them in Africa where they won’t recover much

No reason but if you remember the banking relationship was brought up in some investigation. I mention that simply because some idiot(s) think that Trump caused this bank to have problems and that somehow that is good.
