I am even less shocked you of all people would say this.

Because you're an idiot who believes that the government should be able to stop gays from marrying , but not keep anyone from buying any weapon they want, no matter what.

Fake arse conservative, real arse moron that's you.

This is going to always be a problem. I don't see how you stop it without banning 3D printing.

Seems like the best thing, would be to make an air pistol out of hard plastic that shoots glass pellets.

That wouldn't even be a firearm.

Why is that any of your concern if an adult makes the choice to create and use such an item?
Are you saying teenagers shouldn't have access to 3D printers, because I could envision a couple of teenage boys trying to make gun with a 3d printer.

I'm learning that.

It's about applying the same regs to gun manufacturers regardless of material, right?

18 and 19 years olds? Yes they are adults.

Younger? Does the Bill of Rights apply to them or not?

I want them to get rid of the toy Glock 19's. In this day and age toys shouldn't look like real guns.

And the obvious answer is that there is no viable way to keep these 3D guns out of the hands of those who ought not have guns.

Look I'm pro 2nd Amendment, hell I own hundreds of guns, including some fully automatic weapons of war and a lot of fully semi automatic weapons of hunting. All fully legal, BUT as a responsible gun owner I have to recognize that there are morons in this country who shouldn't be able to get their shite hooks on so much as a BB gun.

I've no problem with Trump being concerned about 3D guns.

Is this the thread where progs become enraged at the thought of someone going after the 2nd while Trump diehards explain how this is different?

I believe the current law is 18 years old to own/posses a long gun and 21 for a hand gun.

I am just not concerned with 3d printed guns (for now). They are going to be limited to enthusiasts that want to print a gun more than criminals.

Maybe in 10 years when the materials get stronger, and 3d printing is something every home has.
