You need to present a valid birth certificate to prove your identity to have your presidential portrait hung in the White House. That's not Trump's fault. That's just the rules.

What more does he have to do?
He's already submitted what now amounts to 4 different versions of it.
It's up to 4 now because those pesky "layers" have been mysteriously removed on what's up there now.
