More gas on the societal fire towards creating a modern-day ‘Paul Kearsey’. Such an activist would be celebrated by honest folk who are sick and disgusted with the obviously and reprehensible malfeasance in our corrupt and misguided Judiciary.
The Judges bear as much responsibility for this as do the ignorant, sick, psychologically impaired sociopathic individuals who commit the atrocities. A modern day ‘Kearsy’ would see this and go to the root of the problem instead of plugging unlimited holes in a leaking ‘Institution’ dam.
I don’t advocate the above but I stand by the plausibility and likelihood of the prediction if the Judiciary don’t soon awaken from their idealistic DEI delusion. The pendulum swings harder when the push is increased.

30 days in local rural jail is a vacation, not punishment.

The Judge didn't have to agree to the renegotiated plea.

But pot is not bad! Right? It’s just a recreational drug, right?! Riding your motorcycle is recreational also.

Impairment is impairment. It shouldn’t matter if it’s alcohol, street drugs, prescription meds, or anything else.
