During the due diligence part of the planned merger between the world largest crypto exchange Binance and FTX, the Binance due diligence team discovered that FTX had issued a bunch of its own crypto tokens that valued itself and sold them to one of FTX's biggest shareholders to artificially prop up their market value and make them appear as if they were liquid enough to be "THE" exchange outlet for crypto. In other words FTX basically fabricated equity. FTX created counterfeit money to cook the books to make FTX look more solvent.

Then Binance announce they were backing out of the planned merger deal, investors got nervous and made a run on their investments (by selling and getting the f' out). From there FTX was forced to admit they had no money to pay investors that wanted out.


From the due diligence of Binance it was revealed that FTX partnered with Ukraine and processed "donations" for the war effort just days after Biden pledge billions of dollars in US taxes for Ukraine back in March of this year. The cryptocurrency news site Coindex reported that Ukraine partnered with FTX and that FTX was converting crypto contributions to U.S. dollars to deposit in the Ukraine National Bank.

Dr Steve Turley has more details in the video however the collapse of FTX has revealed how FTX, Ukraine, Democrat Party and Biden are involved in laundering U.S. tax dollars. It was a pretty simple scheme:

Because they had to use actual money (Via customer deposits) to prop up Alameda Research. They created FTTs as the "collateral" to cover this transfer, which became exposed once FTT values crashed after Binance's head sold his FTT.

Yes and the 2 have nothing to do with each other. The scale alone doesn't work. The charity handed like $100M max. You're still missing 80-90% of the money FTX moved to Alameda.

It's not corruption. These amounts have documentation and accounting, too.

If Ukraine "invested in FTX", it was outside of the charity. Therefore, if you use the charity as some link, you're using the wrong example. The question is why they keep trying to make this illogical connection?

I'm just showing that the "charity" angle is just used by people trying to manufacture a CT. It has nothing to do with the alleged scheme and is a data point showing a link between Ukraine and FTX, so it's being repeated in the echo chamber.

I have no idea the amounts, but do you think it’s really odd that out of millions of people some (Ukraine flag fliers for example) would want to donate to the war effort itself or aid to the displaced?
