I was saying it the other day here, but the similarities between Pfizer and the way doctors and the media have run with their talking points about this shot and Purdue and Oxycontin are just staggering when you lay them all out.

We've been talking about this for almost a year on this board.
As is shown in another thread, they FRAUDULENTLY classified these ticking f*cking timebombs of a poison as a "vaccine" for this VERY reason.
There is the exception if the pharmaceutical company engaged in "willful misconduct."
However, WE F*CKING KNOW that the Federal government (and may state governments) were ACTIVELY cooperating with and conspiring with these pharmaceutical companies in fraudulently reporting and hiding the side effects. Therefore, there is NO F*CKING WAY these cases will ever go forward. The Federal government will intercede and make sure all of these cases are dismissed with prejudice.

Let me ask this. Would that liability still stand if it could be proven they acted outside of good faith, i.e. knowingly marketed a product they knew would cause damage? Kind of like how there’s a narrow window - malicious prosecution - where judicial immunity no longer applies? Basically, is there a line that can be crossed to nullify the law you’re referencing ?

If people are permanently fricked up and the government goes out of their way to kill liability, the people’s ire switches from Pfizer to the government.
I don’t think this is their best plan given that shithead was trying to mandate the shot up until a few weeks ago.

You'll get no argument from me. I hate this shite too. Just stating the facts that these companies cannot be sued due to the Feds.
