Nah, not at all.

The whole idea behind this "reveal" is all of the aircraft that the government has supposedly filmed doing things that no aircraft humans have ever made can do.

Crazy speeds and changes of direction, etc. If they have the technology to do that, it makes no sense that they wouldn't have the technology to not crash into the ground while doing it.

Flip it around and look at it the other way. If the theory is correct, that means what? That they have a bunch of reckless drunk driving pilots with the keys to a machine they can't control? Texting while flying? Just how many aliens do you think supposedly tool around in the sky at any given time for at least four of them to have crashed?

When was the last time we had navy pilots just crash into the ground? Not in combat or anything, just flying and crashed into the ground?

The same people that are bringing the crash retrieval stories are indeed saying these things have been found on archaeological sites. And supposedly the majority of the have actually been found on underwater archaeological sites. As such, the National Underwater Reconnaissance Office is said to have the con on this stuff. NURO being an agency ran jointly by the Navy and the CIA.
