Interesting case of what this attorney likens to "revenge porn". If you're not familiar, a Door Dash driver (female) delivers food, opens the guy's door, and finds him on the couch, passed out, junk flapping in the breeze. She records him, posts it online, and claims sexual assault.
This attorney has an interesting take now that this case is progressing...she doesn't have much concern on the criminal side as a first offender, but civilly, she's done. Of course, as one might expect, she appears to be quite reasonable (SARCASM > OFF).

That YouTuber is the only law commentator I could find who got the Disney/State of Florida lawsuit completely right from the very beginning. As someone who audits local governments for a living, I knew that was going to go the State's way immediately when Disney filed the suit because states create special districts and can do with them as they will, but all these know-it-all lawyers (and complete morons on the MTV board who support grooming children) kept claiming Disney had some legal footing that never existed. It was difficult for me to find lawyers actually discussing that case who accepted this very basic fact. Legal Mindset knows his stuff.

Somebody needs to tell these women that sky screaming on social media doesn't help their cause. It only serves to reveal who they really are. Namely, dysfunctional dimwits.
What's really funny? In her warped little Karen mindset, I bet she thought that she was going to be able to file a civil suit and get paid.

It's difficult for me to have any sympathy for her due to this. She obviously delivered the food, became curious when she saw the door cracked, pushed it open, saw the man lying there unconscious, then reenacted the whole delivery for her TikTok followers.
She certainly wanted to be involved in the #MeToo trend. What she failed to take into account, however, was the actual letter of the law and the fact that more and more people these days have Ring or some other kind of outdoor camera.

She also could have been charged with unlawful entry of an inhabited dwelling. She pushed th edoor open. The guy was not visible until she entered on her own volition.

Door-dash, Uber, Lift and all the rest have turned into full-time employment for illegals, addicts / people that can't pass a drug test / background check, and people otherwise unemployable in modern society.
