Neocons do not win elections. People voted for him to drain the swamp. Instead he increases spending and starts attacking anyone who is an actual threat to the deep state and wants real change.

Neocons are rebranded leftists who believe in Trotskyism, a branch of marxism. We're basically living in 1920's Russia with Trotskyism vs Leninism.

Trump dngaf. He’ll get rich from crypto schemes and pardon himself on the way out the door. He basically sold us Trump Steaks.

Harsh but true. This board needs to wake up (me included). We've been fat and happy for the past year but we're going to be in worse shape than ever if/when we lose the House next year.

He loves Lindsey and hates Massie and Paul which shows you he has no real ideology.
He's nowhere near conservative.

Another date with a liberal woman tonight who would walk out of the date if she had any idea of my politics.

I'm really down, mate. I am struggling to afford my mortgage now (my own fault for losing $7500 this last month gambling on football, chasing the glory that I've enjoyed in the past. I had no idea until I ran the numbers yesterday). I should not let my personal mistakes weigh too heavily on things, but I'm super low right now. I need to get out of Portland but am trapped in my house. I need to make more money but I've only been in this current job for 20 months and my resume has too many moves on it.

And this is fine to 90% of the board. Trump can do no wrong.

Usually I say that people on here need to get out more, but without this board I would not have any idea how bad it is right now.

We are in one of the only fields that has been somewhat recession proof. Tech, healthcare, O&G, are getting rocked.

And even if you have a job you’re getting hit on all sides.

Or maybe ICE played a role?
I think a lot of people here are a bit out of touch when it comes to the ICE raids and general antics surrounding them

they are not popular, at all. same for all of the lawfare.

I know like in my head the general data says we have major issues, but then I just see no impact D2D and people doing crazy vacations and travel ball still.

It is disgusting. Trumps second term is mostly about personal revenge and enriching his family and allies while he throws us plebs a few bones like "secured borders", sabre-rattling the libs, and welcoming a few thousand South African farmers. We have no clear standard bearer for 2028 unless you trust Palintir-owned JD Vance (I don't) who bacically admitted he thinks his own wife is going to hell. Its depressing when you think about it.

More folks need to come to this realization, Trump 2 hasn’t exactly been subtle about this stuff. Scraps of red meat and “owning the libs” on Twitter isn’t gonna sustain the MAGA coalition

There is absolutely zero reason to be backing Ms Lindsey.

If his opponent is a democrat, that’s reason enough.

I think they’re needed but it’s gonna come at a cost. It’s political chemo. Do nothing and the cancer gets worse and kills you. Do something and you will likely get better but it’s gonna cause some pain. We’re in the pain stage as voters get to voice their opinions. That’s why he has to get the economy rolling to have a chance of success in the midterms.

I don't disagree, but I could do without the tiktok edits and all of that shite. it's just a bad, trashy look and doesn't help anything.
