What kind of racist president passes criminal justice reform that disproportionately benefits people of color?

He's neither racist nor an idiot
He's an extreme narcissist with no deep convictions (other than glorification of DJT) who is a master at picking fights and winning them. Unfortunately, he is often reckless in picking fights, or devotes way too much time to picking stupid ones that do nothing but appeal to 10% of people already voting for him.
