When I see something like this from NBC News or whatever, I post it once in a while just to get discussion going on the latest MSM talking point Trump has to deal with.

I personally think Trump went full retard on J6 and should have conceded by Christmas. I thought the initial legal challenges were OK, like the Supreme Court case about changing procedures through admin. action and not legislation (at least that's my understanding). Taking it to J6 was stupid. Did he have a legal right to challenge electors? Probably. But what was the goal? A six month cyber ninjas audit? And, summoning people for the protest after everything he had to deal with on Russiagate and the Ukraine impeachment was so stupid -- all he did was get his people set up and hand over to MSM everything they had said about him being a dictator.

I kind of want to see Dems challenge results this time, so we see how consistent everyone is in their beliefs.

So as long as trump said he conceded, would you be okay with J6?

Or because clinton said she conceded it was okay to create a fake dossier and try remove the rightfully elected president?

Here is the thing, they always challenge results.

Trump doing so is only a threat if you believe all the times the dems did so was a threat.

So here is your chance to show consistency.

Russiagate was absolutely a coup attempt and there should probably be at least 5-10 people in prison for that.

Rt, but this wasnt the first time democrats questioned or challenged the results of an election.

They arre currently suing Virginia for removing non citizens from the voter rolls.

So what are we even talking about here guy? Republicans had every right to say i think this election was bunk. Just like democrats have had every right to question other elections.

That doesnt make you a threat to democracy.

the left rioted and burned shite on trumps inauguration day and they interrupted an official proceeding with the womens march. None of those people have spent years in jail.

But you see, Bunk isn't a psycho, so we can co-exist while disagreeing on one issue. We don't see each other as out-group members for only 99% compliance.
Bunky got his head out of the Q nonsense a long time ago. Back when people attacked like school girls if you weren't in the cool Q club.

So he has a resolute set of balls and didn't cower to the imbecile, cool Q club. With threat of bannage if you dared speak ill of Q, he still spoke out.

If he is simpatico with you... he is just stepping up shite posting and trolling with extreme sarcasm.

Don't go getting a big head over this. Even Rog sees your game.

No. He's just not crazy or part of another set of groupthink nonsense.

Rog is saying I'm playing progressive games by correctly citing caselaw after someone called me a liar for correctly describing the caselaw I later cited.

One of you got wrapped up in Q nonsense and the other used to be a flaming liberal.

Don’t mind me while I remain skeptical of you two.

Trump, Smith's team said, "willfully caused others" to obstruct the certification of President Joe Biden's 2020 election victory by repeating his false claims of election fraud and giving "false hope" to his supporters who believed that then-Vice President Mike Pence might overturn the election, and by "pressuring" Pence and legislators to accept fraudulent certificates as part of the fake electors scheme.

"Those allegations link the defendant’s actions on January 6 directly to his efforts to corruptly obstruct the certification proceeding," Smith's team wrote.

"Contrary to the defendant’s claim ... that he bears no factual or legal responsibility for the 'events on January 6,' the superseding indictment plainly alleges that the defendant willfully caused his supporters to obstruct and attempt to obstruct the proceeding by summoning them to Washington, D.C., and then directing them to march to the Capitol to pressure the Vice President and legislators to reject the legitimate certificates and instead rely on the fraudulent electoral certificates," Smith's team wrote.

The main thing that is wrong here is that all of what they say is made up.

The discussion you airhead is the appointment of civilians to special prosecutor position. So yes Smith, Mueller and Danforth are part of the discussion.

Were you ever banned for questioning Q? Ever get a PM nastygram?

When you were trying to literally warn before J6 that J6th would happen were you told you were bleeding all over TD and to STFU in a PM?

Sure, and I said

quote:

The Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit has ruled (in other cases) this appointment method is valid.

Here is my post proving my point, with case citation-linked and an article linked (if you don't want to read the case)

quote:

So yes Smith

Per the DCCOA, he's appointed legally (see above citation)

Per Cannon in one district court (which has no precedential value) he is not. This is being heard before the 11th Circuit at some point. We'll see if they agree with her or the DCCOA (my money is on the DCCOA).

quote:

Mueller

Literally posted the ruling saying he was appointed validly in the link above.

quote:

Danforth

Was his appointment even challenged?

The latter

That's the Rubicon crossing moment when I knew this board was off the rails and was leaving reality.

I don't think I got a PM, but I was telling people on here the J6 rally was incredibly stupid. I also told people that IRL. Convinced one not to go.
