What is the plan? Get him to trial before the election or get him to trial before the inauguration?

I won't hold you to your political opinions (or your skill at pooping in toilets) from that time.

Three things, the DC court of appeals is nothing more than a Garland dick sucking circle jerk. Biased and obviously corrupt. Mueller was not legitimately appointed because he was a civilian and by the time he was appointed the FBI knew Trump had done nothing wrong. Read the Durham report airhead. And no I don't believe Danforth's appointment was challenged, but the reality is he was a shill for the government and tried to gloss over bad acts by said government. Another case of the government picking who investigates government. His report was widely discredited. Just as Muellers's and Jack Smiths. So why would you feel any of this is a good thing leftard?

The ruling I cited was before Garland was AG. Trump was President and I think Barr was the AG at the time. Regardless, what does that have to do with my statement?

quote:

The Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit has ruled (in other cases) this appointment method is valid.

quote:

And no I don't believe Danforth's appointment was challenged,

So it's irrelevant to this discussion. Thank you.

Where did I say anywhere it was good or bad?

All I said was this:

quote:

The Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit has ruled (in other cases) this appointment method is valid.

And you called me a liar.

All you've done to prove your stance is (1) ignore me posting the case itself (2) call the court illegitimate (3) bring up irrelevant things (4) post law review articles and (5) melt.

They also weren't all REAL Trump supporters either.

No other Congressional Investigative Committee has ever removed or deleted evidence prior to the January 6th one. NONE, not even the JFK one.

Why is that?

that has Elon and Tucker so it is new. I must say Kash selling punisher socks had me never returning to TS again. I watched Flynn on Roseanne recently and he was not in any way Qish. Even secret we can't talk about it Qish was missing.

Seriously we are 2 weeks from the election when do the tribunals start? Are there people that still believe executions @ GTMO? I have friends that returned there out of retirement as civilians-they sent me t-shirts I never got living there.

There are no trials of bad guys much less politicos in GTMO. They just let a terrorist off FFS.

Trump reacted poorly to J-6 but thats no reason to prosecute the guy.

He reacted like he usually does. Random chaos.

Democrats weaponize anything and everything.

Smith should be charged with violating Trump's civil and constitutional rights under the false color of law.

Kamala is in PA right now going on and on about lack of safety and security under Trump. OMB insurrection.

She is citing Bolton et al saying Trump is unfit...

This is all they got in PA.

Shapiro as Gov mailed out vote by mail apps with the PA governor's seal and letter head. A friend just opened theirs and sent a pic.

It really is an incredible phenomenon how many former members of his cabinet speak of him that way.

Have you seen anything similar in US history?

Butthurt is a powerful thing. America First is an "n-word" level slur to these people.

worth noting Mattis, Esper, and Bolton had books published very soon after leaving his administration.
