It’s cute that you assume it’s a weak case.

The fact that they're trying to orchestrate jurisdiction in Florida by itself makes this a very experimental attempt at prosecution

Maybe she was rebelling.

That seems like something you would do before you convened a potentially illegal grand jury

you haven't told us how you are a small "L" libertine that just calls balls and strikes when it comes to legal decisions.

I think we can all agree, there are a few positions, within our government, that will never be prosecutable - FBI Director, CIA Director, and former President amongst those. Legalese aside, it’s not happening. The stories make for a great time though.

politically motivated
laughable to use this phrasing when it's literally what Brennan is known for . Go watch John Kirakou on Joe Rogan and tell me if you still love the admirable John Brennan.

It’s almost like there was 9-10 years to plan a better legal strategy. I’d find better legal minds and solutions.

How many more Ls are you going to take on this before you admit to conspiracy to overthrow an elected president being real?

Still the most intellectually dishonest hack I’ve ever encountered and I spent a decade working with foreigners who are almost all intellectually dishonest.

I know nothing about the case, but you either do the bidding of your superiors, or you quit. That's how it should be in private business and in government.

Sure, you can make the case why your boss is wrong. But after it has been established what your orders are, you obey or leave.

Everyone, including John Durham, who has investigated the matter has found no wrongdoing by Brennan. This case, ironically, actually is a witch hunt.

Further, virtually every independent investigation has concluded that Russia tried to influence the 2016 election...
