Disagree. I don't think you will find many at all.

Who are they to decide what artists should be officially sanctioned?

Is this the same government that gave public money to an artist to put a crucifix into a jar of piss?

I would think that politicians that run on a platform of "family values" and the christian right would be elated.

This sets a very very scary precedent. If banks will respond to this kind of pressure and stop doing business with the porn industry, then what would stop DOJ from targeting other industries in the same fashion? What would stop a malevolent DOJ from targeting the bank accounts of political opposition? This is one terrifyingly slick slope.

This must be a serious dilemma for the strong social conservatives among us. On the one hand, big government is trying to control yet another aspect of our lives. On the other hand, its an aspect they would prefer society be without in the first place.

I'm a Christian and a social conservative and I don't have mixed feeling about this. This is just bad policy plain and simple. And if anyone backs this specific targeting of certain businesses just because they may not like the content of their operation, then we certainly can't complain when they target companies we support.

Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

You get it. It's a slippery slope and this needs to be shut down post haste. Nothing good is coming from a policy like this.

Great, so you you'll be throwing your support behind the removal of laws outlawing gay marriage?

Not really, it will show them to be the hypocrites they are. They don't really dislike big gov they just dislike this particular incarnation of big gov...it's not doing the things they would like it to do.

BURN IT DOWN.

I literally have no idea how porn makes money. I guess there are just supremely generous degenerates out there that pay for it to then put it online.

I guess they are paying it forward for whoever used to leave dirty mags in easily accessibly trashcans or however kids got porn back in the day.

I don't either, but if it is banned and scrubbed from the internet (like China is doing) then I could see a huge black market opportunity.

Forfeiture.

Total BS and clearly unconstitutional but that doesn't stop them. Kagan just wrote the majority opinion in a case saying forfeiture is OK.

How does Chicken make money on this site?

Well, with porn, there are multiple revenue streams:

1) SOME people do pay for site access and dvds..I know, crazy. But, true

2) These broads get a little notoriety and go into 'dancing' at strip clubs. The porn guys own some of these clubs

3) Ads - see Chicken comment above

4) Drugs and prostitution

If there is a "demand" there will be money in it. shite, we pay MORE per gallon for WATER than gasoline. And, in most places, we can get water free (already paid for) right from the tap.

bad grammar, I think it should have been "black-market"

ETA: ebony porn does not bother me. At one time brown sugar was on my bucket list, but I got married before I got to it.
