But you don’t really have any hang ups. You work from “Orange Man Bad” backwards. Your disagreement with Trump on everything is predetermined.
This is why you aren’t taken seriously, the board already knows you’re disingenuous. And to cut you off before you say it, yea sure plenty of people did the same thing with Biden/Obama

The thing is, it doesn't matter because the president is vested with the authority to proclaim a predatory incursion which was done. The "terrorism" argument championed by some is a red herring.

Why would this lower level judge feel entitled to sensitive national security information?
He doesn't. He's just trying to make an issue of it. He is not entitled to it.

SFP's emotions on the matter are moot.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration is formally designating eight Latin American crime organizations as “foreign terrorist organizations,” upping its pressure on cartels operating in the U.S. and on anyone aiding them.
The move, carrying out a Jan. 20 executive order by President Donald Trump, names Tren de Aragua in Venezuela, MS-13 in El Salvador and six groups based in Mexico. The designation will be published in Thursday’s edition of the Federal Register, according to a notice Wednesday.

I was openly against it. Your point?
That has no logical connection to this situation
Doubtful. Even if you were, you have spent more time opining about this court case than you ever complained about Biden letting in illegals.
The connection is obvious. Biden acted in an authoritarian way when flying in illegals.

His brain disease is that he will ALWAYS thoughtlessly assume nefarious intent or illegality from the Trump administration regardless of merit and legal substance, but when a lefty judge with questionable conflicts takes curiously broad legal latitude to tie up a national security directive in court, he immediately assumes legitimacy. Then gets butt-hurt when others others do the same thing he's doing just for the other side.

Judge is now giving DOJ another 24 hours to answer these questions or invoke the state secrets doctrine and provide the basis of invocation.

Homeboy is operating on survival mode. Boasberg is essential to the goings-on of the Hussein DOJ spying on Trump's campaign and well into his first term.

What you will see, as this thing unfolds, is a very clear and intentional strategy to drag this out as long as possible before his "ruling" gets punted into the next galaxy by higher courts.
That was the plan all along.
That was the plan all along.

And when Boasberg's influence is neutralized, there's another federal judge waiting in the wings to become the next obstructionist, kicking the lawfare into a higher gear.

In his egotistical mind, if he disagrees with those designations, than the judge's rulings have a legal leg to stand on. And his opinions are more important that the directives of the WH and the State Dept.

MSNBC will take a short break from convulsing over Trump having classified docs at MAL and Elon seeing treasury data, to demand that this judge get to see everything he wants.

This is why I asked earlier if TDA appealed their FTO designation within their 30 day window. I haven’t seen that.

Can they indict and arrest a Supreme Court Justice? Looks to me like Roberts is about to be officially exposed.
And they can round up ACB, too. Something has corrupted her, too.
My guess is that the FBI/DOJ are actively looking into Roberts and hopefully find enough to at least prompt his resignation.

"Which matters because the 14th amendment gives all persons right to due process"
Does it really? When you know you are here illegally, and have been given the opportunity to leave, despite the fact that you were rounded up for committing a crime, do you have rights? Does the Constitution grant citizenship and indemnity to everyone, or to the citizens (lawfully) of the US?
Some of you people need to visit some other countries and see how they would treat people who openly invade their borders and defy authority. Other than a few of the European countries which are rapidly circling the drain, they would boot your azz out quicker than a jackrabbit on a date.
