Talk to my lawyer.
It's going to be sad when the worst nominee for the Supreme Court ever gets removed from position as the DA.

??? I have no idea what this means
As an aside, the players argue they have more freedom yet they are fully contractually committed to play in every event without fail or choice
For graham McDowell he could not play in the Irish open , irony much

Damn, if you have cash, you can buy yourself into taking your competitors out, via the doj and fbi.

Our government is an embarrassment to itself and wholly bankrupt

Biden is visiting the Saudis. This is all for show as a prelude to the visit.

I mean, I would probably take their word as the ones committed over yours.

I’m waiting for the DOJ to open up an investigation into all the cheating going on in hopscotch

Our government is bought and paid for by foreign actors. It truly is the worst thing the founding fathers could have imagined.
Yeah as brilliant as our Constitution is, no document or structure will work if the citizenry stops valuing national autonomy, freedom, true justice, personal responsibility, and the small units of government (starting with family) that make national government workable.
For reasons too numerous to list, some by design some as a result of a populace spoiled by comfort, we’ve allowed/caused these essential underlying requirements of governance to erode to the point of oblivion.

And the USA government is playing into their hands. It’s kind of like what China is doing in the nba.
Saudi prince putting pressure on Biden. You need us to drop oil prices, get the PGA to lay off our players.

Is the LIV tour operating? Is the LIV tour operating in America? Has the PGA tour said "no you can't play in the LIV tour". I guess we'll see what the court decides but not sure how a monopoly status can be construed when the only real mandate the PGA tour has said is " if you go to LIV (aka competition) you forfeit your privileges here". The PGA tour takes up appx 45 golf courses in the US ... There are still thousands the LIV can play on. This seems to me to be a political there from the dept of j.

Meanwhile pregnancy resource centers are being firebombed and cyber-attacked (our church's has experienced the latter) but apparently that's not significant enough to investigate.

This is so very important... I am very happy the DOJ has this at the top of its priorities...

The PGA has in fact said players can’t play in LIV events. players are allowed to play in 5 events a year opposite PGA Tour events. In the past they just filed for a waiver and it was granted. Yet the PGA refuses to approve them for LIV tournaments. The tour had no problem granting them for the Saudi Invitational. LIV only has 8 events. The tour could grant waivers for players to play in up to 5 each. Monopolization is defined when a entity uses unfair practices to maintain a stronghold on a market. Since the PGA is only declining waivers for LIV when other opposite events players are granted waivers. That could be construed as an unfair practice.

And in turn has absolutely ZERO bearing on what the DOJ should be focusing on at this point...
You do realize the only reason they are doing this is because Saudi Arabia is involved, right?

Wow. Kudos to the DOJ for political blinders for once.

Dang. It almost sounds like every industry in the country that has anti-competing language in its contracts.
