My guess? They are getting the data, then looking for low hanging fruit that is ready to squeeze at the right time..
Instead of getting lost inside all of the details from that department, which may be hard to understand.. they move on to the next department to retrieve all the data and quickly analyze..
Rinse and repeat across every department.. knowing that once they get all the data, some information will overlap, which will make it easier to identify even more low hanging fruit, which will turn into something worth pursuing..

The Democrats really don’t understand how AI works and are paying a big price for it. Who knew the computer science kids would bring the debate team kids to their knees? They thought they could hide all their corruption so no one would ever find it. Now AI is telling them to hold its beer.
