The fact that the HJC is asking the AG to break federal grand jury secrecy laws just to satisfy their demands should negate the contempt charge... but that doesn't matter to the Dems.
The fact that the members of the HJC, particularly the Chairpenguin, have been able to look at a less-redacted version of the report shows inexorably that the Dems of the committee are not acting in good faith.
